POLICY

APPOINTMENTS ONLY

(All services are by appointment only)

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

(A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment)

BE PUNCTUAL

(Be punctual, so that other appointments do not overlap)

NO-SHOW POLICY

(No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. After one no-show, a full payment may be required to book future appointments.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Please cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within the allowed time will transfer your deposit to a new date.)

RESCHEDULING

(You may reschedule your appointment once with your deposit transferring over, as long as it's done within the 24–48 hour window)

CLEAN HAIR REQUIRED

Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and product-free unless you booked a wash add-on.

BLOW-DRIED HAIR

Hair should be fully blow-dried unless otherwise noted for a specific style. A blow-dry service can be added if needed.

CAPELLI PULITI RICHIESTI

(Si prega di presentarsi con i capelli puliti, districati e senza prodotti, a meno che non si sia prenotato un lavaggio) aggiuntivo.

ASCIUGATURA

(I capelli devono essere asciugati completamente con il phon, salvo diversa indicazione per uno stile specifico. È possibile aggiungere un servizio di asciugatura se necessario.)
